EnerGEO successful kick off meetings

The kick-off meeting of the EnerGEO project took place on November 24th, 2009. The project coordinator Mr. Emile Elewaut, from the Netherlands Institute for Applied Scientific Research (www.tno.nl), in the presence of representatives from the European Commission and the GEO secretariat, welcomed 32 people in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The group met to launch this 4-year European sponsored project. At the meeting the 12 project partners discussed and clarified the approach of this 7th framework project, as well as its integration with or contribution to GEOSS. Also the details of the content, responsibilities and outputs of the project were identified.
